No. Set your GST status once in your profile and every invoice handles it for you — GST is shown per line when it applies, left off when it doesn't, and only GST-registered senders ever issue a "tax invoice." Change your status later and future invoices follow automatically.

Two ways, both on the invoice itself. Card — a secure Stripe checkout link they tap once, on any phone, with nothing to install and no account to create. Bank transfer or PayID — your BSB, account number and PayID are printed on every invoice, with one-tap copy. Either way, the invoice marks itself paid and a receipt goes out to you both.

Card payments cost 1.9% + $0.30 per payment — that's it, and there's no fee at all on bank transfers. You keep your own connected Stripe account, so payouts land on Stripe's normal schedule straight to your bank.
